Why We Give
How we use our time, energy, talents, and finances reveals something about our hearts. We give a portion of what the Lord has given to us as an act of worship, acknowledging that all we have is from Him and that He has entrusted us with these gifts to be used for His glory.
How We Should Give
God desires for His people to give cheerfully (2 Cor. 9:7), with an attitude of worship, to meet the needs of the body of Christ as it seeks to fulfill the command to make disciples of all nations.
What We Should Give
God’s Word instructs us to give our best (Prov. 3:9), proportionally as the Lord has given to us (Deut. 16:17).
